Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, you can return it within 14 days.

Your 14-day right to cancel

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you name) receive the item. This applies to sale items too. To cancel, email us at info@moyonidesign.com with your order number and the item(s) you are returning. You then have a further 14 days from the day you tell us to send the item back.

How to return an item

Once we receive your email, we will send you return instructions and a return label. Please send items back unworn and unused, in their original condition and packaging where possible, together with your order number. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us, so please keep your proof of postage. Items sent back without contacting us first may take longer to process.

Refunds

We will inspect your return and refund you within 14 days of receiving it (or of receiving proof that you have sent it back, if that is sooner). Refunds go back to your original payment method and include the standard delivery charge you paid, if you return your whole order. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund the cost of standard delivery only. We may reduce a refund if an item has been handled more than you would in a shop and its value has dropped as a result.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. We will cover the return postage and offer a repair, replacement or full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Items we cannot accept back

  • Personalised items or items made to your own specification (unless they are faulty).
  • Pierced earrings, if the hygiene seal or protective packaging has been removed.
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different size, colour or style is to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
