Orders and delivery
When will my order be dispatched?
We pack and dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days. We do not dispatch at weekends or on UK bank holidays.
How much is UK delivery?
UK express delivery is free on orders of £35 or more and usually arrives in 1 to 3 working days. For smaller orders, any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the EU, the United States and many other countries. Prices and delivery times for each region are listed in our Shipping policy. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a confirmation with a tracking number. You can also see your orders in your account.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will do our best to change or cancel it.
Returns and refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, including sale items. Email us with your order number and we will send you return instructions. Full details are in our Return and refund policy.
When will I get my refund?
Within 14 days of us receiving your return. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us straight away with your order number and a photo. We will cover the return postage and offer a repair, replacement or full refund.
Can I exchange an item?
The quickest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.
Products and care
Are your pieces handmade?
Many of them are, including our headbands and silver jewellery, which are made in small batches. Small variations from piece to piece are part of their character. Each product page tells you how that piece is made.
What is your jewellery made from?
Most of our jewellery is handmade in 925 sterling silver. The materials for each piece, including any plating, enamel, pearls or stones, are listed on its product page.
How do I care for my silver jewellery?
Keep it dry and put it on after perfume, lotion and hairspray. Store each piece in its pouch or box to limit tarnish and scratches, and polish gently with a soft silver cloth. Remove it before swimming, bathing or exercise.
How do I care for my headbands?
Spot clean gently with a damp cloth and let them air dry. Do not machine wash padded headbands, as this can change their shape. Store them flat or on a stand so the padding keeps its form.
How do I care for my scarves and shawls?
Follow the care label on each scarf. As a general guide, hand wash wool and silk-blend pieces in cool water with a mild detergent, do not wring, and dry flat away from direct heat.
Will a headband fit me?
Our headbands are designed to fit most adult heads comfortably. If you are unsure about a particular style, email us and we will help.
Gifts
Do you offer gift packaging?
Every order is gift-ready and carefully wrapped, so it can go straight to the person you are buying for.
Can I send an order straight to someone else?
Yes. Just enter their address as the delivery address at checkout.
Payment and security
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards and the other payment options shown at checkout. Every payment is processed securely and we never see or store your full card details.
